Refund Policy
You may cancel the booking 12 hour prior to the time of journey. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 12 hours of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:
1.100% Amount is refundable if the trip is cancelled before 12 hrs of departure time.
2. If booking is cancelled by Customer after 12hours But before 6hours to the Pickup Time Then 50% of the Advance payment will be refunded.
3. if booking is cancelled by Customer in < 6 hours of Pickup time then no refund shall pe proceed!!
4. If booking cancelled due to Driver fault,full amount of Advance amount will be revert.

Refunds
If you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days. In case of any issues, mail us at pingopartner@gmail.com.
